Chevron Tapis d’escalier

Sizes That Fit All Staircases

Chevron stair runners are available in widths that work with a range of stair layouts. Choose 60cm or 66cm for narrow staircases where side edging adds definition, or go for 80cm if you prefer more coverage across each step.

Each runner is edge-bound for a clean finish and made to your required length – no need to cut or measure once it arrives.

Colours and Patterns That Add Style

The signature zigzag pattern of a chevron carpet stair runner gives a dynamic feel to any hallway or stairwell. Neutral tones like cream or brown offer understated charm, while rich blues can help create contrast against lighter walls or woodwork.

Our collection works particularly well in homes that favour modern, graphic styling, or where you want to introduce a strong visual element without using heavy patterns.

How to Install Your Chevron Runner

Every chevron stair runner from Runrug is made to measure and designed for easy home installation. To fit yours, we recommend using our stair runner underlay and gripper pack, which keeps the runner secure without the need for tape or glue.

Installation is straightforward using a few simple tools, just follow our step-by-step guide. Stair rods can be added for decorative detail and added structure at each tread.

Chevron Stair Runners, Ready to Go

Once chosen, your chevron stair runner is cut to length, bound at the edges, and dispatched the next working day. It arrives ready to fit, with no trimming or preparation needed.
