30 day free returns policy on all orders.
Simply inform us within 30 days of receiving the product that you would like to return the product and you will qualify for our free returns service.
Just email us at helpUSA@runrug.com or complete our contact form here to make us aware of your return. We shall then arrange a collection to take place within 24hrs. The item/s can be collected from your address and or we can send you a returns label to drop off at a local drop off point. Once the item has been collected or dropped off, we will refund the value of the item/s that had been paid at the point of the order being placed.
No delays & no hassle. If you don't like the product, we will refund you. It's as simple as that!
We ship all orders within 24 hours of order to arrive with you within 2 business days. Orders that contain stair rods may take a few days longer to ship.
Tracking Your Order.......
As soon as we have despatched your order you will receive an email notification along with your fully tracked shipping number.
Once the item has been despatched, you will receive an email from the courier and you have the chance to make any special instructions/changes such as 'leave with neighbor', 'ship to a different address', 'leave in a safe place'.
If no one is available to accept the item then simply rearrange the shipment at a time to suit you via the options that will be emailed to you.
