    30 day free returns policy on all orders.

    Simply inform us within 30 days of receiving the product that you would like to return the product and you will qualify for our free returns service, on orders over $150.

    Just email us at help@runrug.com or complete our contact form here to make us aware of your return. We shall then arrange a collection to take place within 24hrs. The item/s can be collected from your address and or we can send you a returns label to drop off at a local drop off point. Once the item has been collected or dropped off, we will refund the value of the item/s that had been paid at the point of the order being placed.

    No delays & no hassle. If you don't like the product, we will refund you. It's as simple as that!

    Please note that items purchased which are identified on the product listing as Bespoke Product / Made to Order are not eligible for free returns and refunds, additionally, 1 foot hall/stair runners and singular rod orders are considered to be sample options and therefore are also not eligible for free returns or refunds. 

  • How true to life are your product images?

    We take photos of the product in-house to ensure the colors are as true to real life as possible.

    We believe the representation is as true as we can possibly make it but don't worry, we offer free returns on all products to make sure you don't make a mistake!

  • What are the quality of your items like?

    We have supplied product descriptions and high resolution images so you can get the best idea possible, however we understand that mistakes can be made when ordering online and you don't truly know if you like the product until you see it in your home, this is why we offer a free 30 day returns policy.

    Any product that has 100% Polyamide or 100% Polypropylene is stain resistant, so a white cloth and diluted cleaning solution will bring out nearly any stain.

    Regular vacuuming is always recommended on carpet products to ensure that loose dust and dirt is picked up, as well as bringing the pile back to its original position.

    If no one is available to accept the item then simply rearrange the shipping direct with the courier.

    The courier will send you an email once we despatch your order and you will have all of the relevant options at your finger tips such as.......'change address', 'change shipping date', 'rearrange delivery' etc etc.
