  • How true to life are your product images?

    Very true!

    We take a photo ourselves of the product to ensure the colors are as true to real life as possible. As with any type of internet shopping different screens have different resolutions so each item may look different depending on the device, HOWEVER, we believe the representation is as true as we can possibly make it.

  • What are the quality of your items like?

    All of our products are extremely good value for money. Some of our products are better quality than others and the price does reflect the differences in qualities.

    We have supplied product descriptions and high resolution images so you can get the best idea possible, however we understand that mistakes can be made when ordering online and you don't truly know if you like the product until you see it in your home, this is why we offer a free 30 day returns policy.

    Any product that has 100% Polyamide or 100% Polypropylene is stain resistant, so a white cloth and diluted cleaning solution will bring out nearly any stain.

    If no one is available to accept the item then simply rearrange the shipping direct with the courier.

    The courier will send you an email once we despatch your order and you will have all of the relevant options at your finger tips such as.......'change address', 'change shipping date', 'rearrange delivery' etc etc.
