Due to the widespread reach of the Coronavirus (or Covid-19) we wanted to reassure our customer base that we're prioritising your safety above anything else. Due to the speed with which the virus is spreading and newly formed 'Best Practices' from the government are being released, we're spending huge amounts of internal resource to ensure we action regular updates in line with government recommendations.
Customer Safety -
Due to the nature of our product there is little to zero risk with handling/manufacturing our products. All members of our team, from warehouse to customers service, take great care in their personal and working hygiene. In addition to this, since the outbreak we have had companywide meetings and enforced policies to ensure all members of the team wash their hands regularly along with voicing any concerns they may have with regards to their own personal well-being. Should a member of our team show signs of any minor symptoms we will immediately action an instant 'self-isolation' period for them. So far, all members of our team are well and healthy and have raised no concerns with fears of contracting the virus. To add to this, we're constantly monitoring our teams annual leave and where they intend to visit.

Deliveries - Business as usual, there is no disruption to our delivery operation
Stock Levels - Stock levels are healthy for a large percentage of our ranges. We are constantly monitoring our stock to ensure that any unavailable products are taken off the site.
