Why It Works

The densely packed floral motif and gently distressed finish add depth without shouting. It’s an easy way to introduce pattern on the staircase while keeping the overall look refined and design-led.

Product Reviews
Product Description

Melody Blue brings a quiet, vintage mood to your staircase — a floral pattern with a softened, timeworn look that feels instantly lived-in and considered.

With a plush 11mm thickness and a heavy domestic wear rating, it’s made to look good in the busiest parts of the home, without demanding delicate treatment.

What You Need to Know

  • Muted blue, grey and beige floral design with a lightly distressed finish
  • 11mm thick for a soft, comfortable feel underfoot
  • Heavy domestic wear rating for stairs and landings
  • Stain resistant and bleach cleanable for stubborn marks
  • Pet friendly for everyday life with animals
  • Woven hessian backing for a traditional, stable base

Works Best In

Staircases and landings where you want pattern with a calm, heritage feel — especially in classic or transitional interiors that suit layered neutrals and softened colour.

Care

Vacuum regularly. Spot clean spills promptly using mild detergent and warm water. For stubborn stains, it is bleach cleanable. Do not machine wash. Professional cleaning is recommended annually in heavy-use areas.

Fitting

For the best finish and performance on stairs, we recommend stair fitting with a non-slip underlay and professional stapling/gripper.
