Melody Anthracite Ivory 985022-558 Stair Runner

Melody Anthracite Ivory brings a sense of heritage to your staircase—rich, detailed and quietly confident. The dark central field grounds the look, while the lighter border frames each step with a clean, considered edge.

Made for everyday living, it pairs traditional patterning with practical performance, giving you a runner that looks refined and stands up to real footfall.

What You Need to Know

• Traditional floral and vine motif with a defined border
• 11mm thickness for a soft, comfortable feel underfoot
• Heavy domestic wear rating for busy stairs and landings
• Stain resistant and bleach cleanable for stubborn marks
• Pet friendly for everyday life with paws and claws
• Woven hessian backing for a stable, structured base

Works Best In

Staircases and landings where you want a classic statement that still feels practical—especially in hallways and entrance areas that see constant use.

Care

Vacuum regularly to lift surface dust and keep the pile looking fresh. Spot clean spills promptly with mild detergent and warm water. For tougher stains, it is bleach cleanable. Do not machine wash. Professional cleaning is recommended annually in heavy-use areas.

Fitting

For the best finish on stairs, we recommend stair fitting with a quality non-slip underlay and professional stapling or gripper installation. This helps the runner sit neatly on the nosing and stay comfortable underfoot over time.
