Kitchen Runners

Our kitchen runners are cut to the length you order, from 30cm up to 30 metres on selected designs, and arrive with finished edges, ready to roll out. They're a simple way to add warmth and colour to a hard kitchen floor, and to protect it where you stand and walk the most.

Kitchen runner colours

The right colour depends on how busy your kitchen already looks. If your units, splashback or worktops have plenty going on, beige kitchen runners, green kitchen runners and blue kitchen runners add colour without competing. Greens and blues look great alongside painted cabinets.

In a kitchen that sees a lot of cooking and family traffic, grey kitchen runners, black kitchen runners and brown kitchen runners are the practical picks, as they hide crumbs and footprints far better than a pale runner.

Want the floor to be the feature? Cream kitchen runners give a light, fresh look, and red kitchen runners bring warmth to a plain or white kitchen. Not sure? Pick out a shade from your worktops or tiles and the runner will tie the room together.

Modern and contemporary kitchen runners

Modern kitchen runners keep things simple with clean lines and understated patterns, which suits handleless units and minimal kitchens. Contemporary kitchen runners follow current colour and pattern trends, so they're an easy way to refresh the room without redecorating.

Anti-slip kitchen runners for hard floors

Kitchen floors are usually tile, wood, vinyl or laminate, and a runner that slides about is the last thing you want next to the oven. Anti-slip kitchen runners have a grippy backing that holds them in place on hard floors, so you just roll them out. Keep the runner clear of door swings and the dishwasher door so nothing catches when it opens.

Washable kitchen runners

Spills happen in a kitchen. Many of our kitchen runners use stain-resistant polypropylene, so day-to-day mess can be vacuumed up or spot-cleaned. If you'd rather put the whole runner in the wash, choose from our machine-washable kitchen runners, and check the care note on the product page first.

Made to measure for your kitchen

Measure the walkway you use most, whether that's sink to cooker or the full length of a galley, and order the length you need. Your runner arrives cut to size with finished edges, so there's nothing to trim at home. Many of our designs also come as hallway runners, so you can carry the same look through from the front door.
